EXTERIOR RENOVATIONS, CHRISTCHURCH

The exterior renovations carried out at this Sumner home were part of an insurance project for EQC repairs.

The substrate had to be re-levelled and repairs made around the pool.

X-Bond was used for this and to mask cracks in the pathway steps because it looks like concrete yet can be installed at a minimal depth.
